The basis for this course is to provide knowledge about fire resistant glass and glazing, covering the basic fundamentals of fire protection and why it is needed, what it is, where it is needed and how it is achieved.
We look at the behaviour of glazing in fire situations and the key differences between fire resistant glazing systems and ordinary glazing, illustrating the consequences of getting it wrong against getting it right.
The course will suit those new to the subject as well as those already in the industry looking to refresh or update their knowledge.
